Draw Wizard and Schedule Improvements

The Draw Wizard opens with a new Consolidate step so you can review and reconcile divisions before any seeding or scheduling happens. Once your schedule is published, it locks down so players can trust the times they see. Unlock is explicit and logged.

A friendly banner reminds you to publish your draw once the schedule is ready, and when registration closes the dashboard points you straight to the Draw Wizard.

The timeline visualization of your draw is cleaner and easier to scan at a glance.

Smarter division merge

Merging divisions now handles seeding ranges and bracket regeneration correctly. Division cards across the Draw, Day View, and wizard all share one consistent design.
